The function of the Tàpies Commission is to authenticate works of art attributed to Antoni Tàpies and to issue the corresponding certificates of authenticity. These are the only certificates authorised by the artist himself and officially valid.
For a work of art by Antoni Tàpies to obtain a certificate of authenticity, it must satisfy the rules drawn up by the Tàpies Commission. These rules are included in the attached documentation.
