Núria Bàguena

She is a student of the history of cooking and a teacher at the Escola d’Hoteleria i Turisme CETT (UB), where she gives classes in culinary technology, kitchen chemistry and, particularly, the perception of the senses and world culinary heritage. She is the author of De l’antiga Roma a la teva cuina.
