‘Novel·la.’* Reading club

Within the framework of the current exhibitions, The Fertilizer that Feeds the Soil. Tàpies (1958-88) and Bruce Conner. Light out of Darkness, we are offering a book club in collaboration with the Finestres, La Central and La Impossible bookshops. On this occasion, the selection of books will relate to the historical, social and cultural context in which the works of Tàpies and Conner were created. In this way, the participants will be able to discuss topics such as the Beat Generation, psychedelia and experiments with psychoactive mushrooms, the experience of Eastern mysticism or the atomic bomb and nuclear tests in the Pacific.
